3D Printer Tuning
3D printers are like any machine, they need to be maintained and tuned to get the best performance out of them. A well tuned 3D printer will not only print more accurately, you will are likely to have less failures.
Belts - Rails - Rods - Wheels
Belt tightness and wear are inspected, rails & rods are cleaned and lubricated. Wheels are inspected for wear and replaced if necessary.
Hot End - Nozzle - Print bed
Cleaning and inspect of the hot end, replacing PTFE liner, add thermal paste, and inspect nozzle. We also inspect the heated bed wiring safety.
Firmware - Updates
Up-to-date firmware can ensure that your printer is running with all the newest features and with thermal runaway protections enabled. 3rd party firmware can be installed at request
Fine Tune - Test Prints
Finally, we will run through tuning the stepper motors, e-steps, and flow. This will ensure you print as dimensionally accurate as possible.
